1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the applicable legislation for European Union consumers, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return purchased products, without having to provide a reason.
2. General Conditions for Returns
For your return to be accepted, the items must meet the following criteria:
- Returned within the 14-day period.
- In their original condition, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- With all their tags, original packaging, accessories, and documentation (manuals, boxes, etc.).
- Accompanied by the delivery note or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Opened intimate hygiene or cosmetic products.
- Software, CDs, DVDs, or digital products whose original seal has been broken.
4. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Pre-Contact: Before sending any item back, you must obligatorily contact us at havnerkibelrs762@gmail.com to inform us of your intention and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Packaging: Carefully pack the product(s) in their original packaging or an equivalent quality alternative, including all accessories.
- Shipping: Ship the package to the following address, via registered and tracked delivery, at your own cost (except in the case of our error or a defective product):

5. Refunds
Once the return package is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm its acceptance.
- Terms: The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Timelines: The refund will be processed no later than 14 days following the confirmation of acceptance of the return.
- Deducted Fees: Initial shipping fees (delivery to you) are non-refundable, except in the case of our error (incorrect or defective product). Return shipping fees (sending the item back to us) are your responsibility.
6. Defective Products or Shipping Errors
In the event of a defective product, damage during delivery, or if you received an item different from your order:

- We will cover all return shipping fees and the cost of sending a replacement product, or we will arrange a full refund.
7. Exchanges
We prioritize refunds as a first course of action. For an exchange request (different size, color, or model), please contact us. The availability of the desired product cannot be guaranteed. Exchanges may involve additional shipping fees.
