REFUND POLICY

1. Refund Eligibility Conditions
Refunds are granted in the following situations:
- Exercising your legal right of withdrawal within 14 days (see our Returns Policy).
- Receipt of a defective product or a product that does not conform to your order.
- Order cancellation by us (out of stock, payment issue).
- Cancellation of your confirmed order by our Customer Service before it is shipped.
2. Refund Process and Timelines
Our goal is to process each refund as quickly as possible.
- Validation: The process begins upon receipt and inspection of the returned item at our premises, or after validation of an issue with an unshipped order.
- Notification: You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been approved.
- Processing: The refund will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Posting Timeline: The credit will appear in your account in accordance with the timelines of your bank or payment service provider (generally within 5 to 10 business days after our confirmation). This timeline is beyond our control.
3. Refund Methods
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refund will be credited to the card used for purchase.
- Bank Transfer: Refund will be credited to the original bank account (additional information may be required).
- E-Wallets: Refund will be credited to the account of the payment service used (PayPal, etc.).
4. Partial Refunds & Deductions
In certain cases, a partial refund may be issued:
- Partial Items: If not all items from an order are returned.
- Return Shipping Costs: Initial shipping fees (for delivery) are non-refundable, except in the case of our error or a defective product. Return shipping fees (sending the item back to us) are your responsibility, unless otherwise agreed.
- Reduction in Value: If a returned item shows signs of use, damage, or is in a condition significantly different from its original state, a value deduction may be applied to the refund amount.
5. Refund Exceptions
Certain items or situations are not eligible for a refund, except where required by law:
- Customized, made-to-order, or bespoke products.
- Digital content (software, files, subscriptions) that has been downloaded or whose seal has been broken.
- Health or beauty products that have been opened or used.
- Any item damaged after delivery due to improper use, accident, or normal wear and tear.
6. Orders Cancelled Before Shipment
If you wish to cancel a confirmed order that has not yet been shipped, contact us immediately by email. If the cancellation is approved, a full refund will be initiated.
